We stand behind every groovy gift we ship — and we’re here if something’s not right.
At GroovyLife.store, all of our products are made-to-order just for you. That means we don’t keep inventory sitting on shelves, and every item is printed when you place your order.
Because of that, we do not offer general returns or exchanges — but we’re always here to fix any problems and make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
✅ Refund & Replacement Eligibility
We are happy to issue a refund or free replacement if:
- Your order arrived damaged, broken, or misprinted
- You received the wrong item, size, or color
- There is a noticeable printing or manufacturing defect
- Your item was lost in transit and never delivered
Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery to be eligible.

To process a replacement or refund, email us at:

- Your full name and order number
- A clear photo of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We typically respond within 1–2 business days, and we’ll either:
- Reprint and reship your item, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
🔄 Exchanges (Size or Style)
Because our items are printed specifically for each customer, we do not offer exchanges for sizing, color, or style preferences.
We highly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. If you’re unsure about fit, reach out before you purchase — we’re happy to help!
📦 Product Returns (If Requested)
While most issues are resolved with a photo and email, in rare cases we may ask you to return the item for inspection. If that happens, please note:
All returned products must:
- Be in original condition — unworn, unwashed
- Include all original packaging (such as gift boxes, message cards, or accessories)
- Be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return instructions
- Include your name and order number inside the package
Important: We do not provide return shipping labels. Return costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
🚫 What We Can’t Refund
We cannot issue refunds for:
- Orders where the wrong shipping address was entered by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or “changed my mind” orders
- Sizing issues (unless we sent the wrong size)
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.) — though we’ll help track and resolve
- Sale items and digital gift cards
💳 Refund Timing
Once a refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
