How long does it take to receive my order?

All items are made-to-order just for you! That means:

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time (U.S. only): 3–7 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Nope — not yet! We currently ship within the U.S. only 🇺🇸

How do I track my order?

What products do you offer?

We sell a variety of print-on-demand gifts, including:

  • T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts
  • Mugs, tumblers, and drinkware
  • Message card jewelry and meaningful gifts

How do I choose the right size?

Check our Size Guide before placing your order. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Are your mugs and tumblers dishwasher/microwave safe?

Most of our mugs are both microwave and top-rack dishwasher safe. Tumblers are typically hand-wash only — check the product page for details.


🎁 Gifts & Packaging

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Absolutely! We never include pricing in the package, and many items are designed specifically for gifting (like our message card products).

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at this time, but your order will arrive well-packaged and ready to make someone smile.


💳 Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), PayPal, and other secure checkout options listed at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

What if I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged?

We're so sorry! Please email us at support@groovylife.store within 14 days and include a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund ASAP.
