At GroovyLife.store, we make every effort to deliver your order quickly and reliably — so you can start grooving without delay! This shipping policy applies to orders placed within the United States only.


🇺🇸 Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


⏱ Order Processing Time

Each item is made to order. Processing time typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Once your item is produced, it’s shipped directly to your address with a tracking number.

💵 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the items in your order.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media so you don’t miss them!


📦 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at support@groovylife.store, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


🚫 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, reshipping may incur additional charges.


📬 Delays & Exceptions

While most orders arrive on time, occasional carrier or production delays may occur.
These are rare but can happen due to:

  • High seasonal volume (e.g., holidays)

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain issues

We will do our best to notify you in the event of a known delay.
